Charles F. Sherrill is an independent consultant and advisor specializing in
banking innovation. Mr Sherrill has sixteen years of financial services and
software development experience during which he has excelled at product and
service strategy, innovation process improvement and the management of
innovation programs and projects for the banking industry and its solution
providers.

Mr. Sherrill is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is skilled
in the Six Sigma change methodology used by many major financial
institutions. Mr. Sherrill earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
from North Carolina State and a MBA from Wake Forest University. Mr. Sherrill
has managed successful consulting engagements with Bank of America,
Wachovia, JPMorgan Chase and The Aquilan Group, and his prior
professional experience includes tenures with Bank of Oklahoma, First Union,
First Data Corporation, Edward Jones Investments, and 724 Solutions.
